I did not receive my activation email, what should I do?

Sometimes our activation emails are blocked by SPAM filters located on university or corporate servers or by SPAM filters in your email software. If you do not receive the activation email within 5 minutes check your SPAM folder and add simplymap-noreply@geographicresearch.com to your list of approved email addresses (or even better, add *@geographicresearch.com to cover all of our email addresses).

If the email is not in you spam folder, please send an email to support@geographicresearch.com from the email address you used to create your SimplyMap account and write "did not receive activation email" in the subject of the email and we will manually activate your account for you.

If we notice this issue happening regularly at one institution we will contact the institution's IT department to have our email address whitelisted.
